Ingredients

The great thing about this recipe is that it uses ingredients you can keep at home for a long time. They’re straightforward to find at the grocery store, which is also a huge plus.

Kinder Bueno Milkshake Ingredients: Kinder Bueno, Whole Milk, Vanilla Ice Cream

Kinder Bueno: This milkshake works amazingly with the milk and white chocolate Kinder Buenos. Just pick whichever you’re in the mood for.

Milk: You can get away with using any milk, but whole milk works the best. It helps keep the richness of the milkshake more than no fat.

Vanilla Ice Cream: Use a good quality vanilla ice cream. It doesn’t have to be too expensive, but it should be of fine quality to avoid risking that chemically vanilla aroma taste that many cheaper brands use.

Professional Tips & Tricks

These pro tips will help you make your Kinder Bueno milkshake right the first time!

Add the milk first

Adding the milk first stops the other ingredients from sticking to the bottom of the blender. It helps the blender blend at a better consistency and gives you no waste.

Start the blender on slow

If you start your blender on medium or high, the milkshake will splatter against the sides and top of the blender. So start your blending on the lowest setting and slowly work your way up. You will thank me once it’s time for clean up!

Don’t over blend

If you want your milkshake to be thick, make sure not to over blend it. The more you blend the milkshake, the thinner it gets. So just blend the milkshake enough until the milk and ice cream have combined, and there aren’t any large chunks of Kinder Bueno left.

How to Make Kinder Bueno Milkshake

Add whole milk, vanilla ice cream and Kinder Buenos into a large blender.

FAQs

How many Kinder Buenos should I use if I make one serving of milkshake?

One Kinder Bueno works well per serving and is enough to add flavour. I tried this recipe with 1 to 2 per serving, and the best results were between 1 and 1.5 per serving.

Which toppings work well with Kinder Bueno milkshake?

I like to add whipped cream and hazelnut chocolate sauce. The hazelnut chocolate sauce adds to the Kinder Bueno flavour, but if you can’t find any, regular works too!
