Hi, I’m Jack. I’ve been a chef since 2014, with experience in gourmet restaurants including Crafthouse, a James Beard–awarded restaurant, and Riverbank, part of The Luxury Collection’s 5-star hotels. I’ve spent years in professional kitchens, but the recipes I share here are made to work in both a home kitchen and a restaurant.

Some recipes are quick and full of flavor. Others are more refined and wouldn’t feel out of place on a restaurant menu. All are tested in my home kitchen by me before they’re published.
