Stir Fry the Vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes, until slightly charred.

Push the Vegetables to the sides of the Wok. Fry the Garlic & Ginger in the middle.

Add Beansprouts and continue to stir fry the vegetables for 1 minute.

Add Noodles & Spring Onions

Add Noodles and half the Spring Onions then stir fry for another minute.

Mix through Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil.
