Steak Kabobs in the Oven


Make these delicious oven-baked steak kabobs from the comfort of your kitchen! 

In a large bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley, cracked black pepper and salt. Transfer 1/4 into a separate bowl.

Add steak that has been cut into 1 inch cubes.

Mix steak with marinate and optionally leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Thread the steak, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers and onions onto skewers.

Brush the remaining marinate onto the steak kabobs.

Bake in the oven at 450f (230C) for 12-15 minutes, turning the kebobs halfway through.

Leave to rest for 2-5 minutes before serving.

Any leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
