Dairy Free Banana Bread


This dairy-free banana bread recipe is soft, super moist and only takes 10 minutes to prep.

Smash banana with a fork in a mixing bowl.

Whip vegan butter and sugar together for 1 minute, until light and fluffy.

Fold in smashed banana into the whipped vegan butter mixture.

Gently fold in the dry ingredients.

Be carefully not to over mix the banana bread batter to avoid it being dense.

Add the banana bread batter into a baking pan.

Bake at 350f (180c) for 50-60 minutes. Then leave to cool in the baking pan for 5 minutes.

Transfer the banana bread onto a wire rack to cool completely.

This dairy-free banana bread will last for up to 3 days at room temperature in an airtight container.
