Chocolate Chip Cookies without Brown Sugar

These chocolate chip cookies are soft, gooey and outrageous chocolatey. They take 18 minutes to make and require no chill time!

Add softened butter and sugar into a large bowl.

Mix with an electric whisk for 1 minute until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract.

Whisk together until combined. 

Sieve in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Gently fold in the dry ingredients with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula.

Fold chocolate into the cookie dough.

Portion the cookie dough onto a baking tray, leaving 2-3 inches of space between each cookie dough ball.

 Bake at 350f (180c) for 8-10 minutes. Then leave to cool for 2-5 minutes.

These chocolate chip cookies can last in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
