Heat 1tbsp of Oil in  a large wok and add Chicken.

Stir Fry the Chicken for 4 to 5 minutes, until cooked.

Take the Chicken out the Wok and fry the Onions  for a few minutes.

The Onions should be brown and soft

Add Garlic & Beansprouts

Add Garlic, Beansprouts, Salt & Pepper. Stir fry for 1 minute.

If anything starts to burn add 1 to 2 tbsps of water.

Add Noodles & Chicken

Add Chicken, Noodles, half the Spring Onions and a pinch of Sugar.

Stir Fry for 2 Minutes

Stir Fry for 2 minutes, make sure to keep the ingredients moving.

Mix through Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil then  turn off the heat.
