Beef Yakisoba

Ingredients

• 200g Noodles

• 120g Rib Eye Steak

• 1 Onion

• 40g Carrots

• 50g Cabbage

• 50g Bean Sprouts

• Pickled Ginger

• 5 tbsp Yakisoba Sauce

Prepare all of the ingredients and place to the side.

Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted water.

In a large wok, add oil, beef and salt, then stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Take the steak out of the wok once the steak is just below your ideal cooking temperature.

Add the onions, carrots and cabbage and stir fry for 3 minutes until al dente.

Add the bean sprouts and stir fry for 1 minute.

Yakisoba Sauce

Add the seared beef and Yakisoba sauce. Reduce for 10-20 seconds.

Add and mix through the noodles. Once the noodles are hot, serve.
